Group think

1 Few communicative situations are more unnatural than one person addressing a group of people who are compelled to sit and listen.

2 This is the essence of what teaching is and it damages how most teacher relate to and think about the people they work with in the classroom.

3 Try and see the people you with as people and always try to relate to them from an honest and authentic space within yourself. It’s the only way to break out of group think.
