Teachers knowing nothing

1 I recently had a stunning insight into my experience of education.

2 Say I’ve been in some form of education for around 24+ years. In all time, there wouldn’t have been one teacher or instructor who could have told you what I’d learned by the end of any lesson. Not one!

3 What this tells me is that not only was my own education a waste of time and effort but also that this is something that is true for almost all teachers. We just don’t really know what anyone has learned. And that’s just terrible.
